Emeril’s New Orleans is offering a limited-time dinner menu featuring Oktoberfest dishes to patrons for the last two weeks in October.
The special menu includes Chicken & Apple Sausage “Pigs in a Blanket,” with pretzel, crispy cheddar spaetzle and beer cheese, and Chappapeela Pork Shank, with German root vegetable salad and crunchy mustard pork jus. There are four courses in all and finish with their spin on the popular bread pudding: Pretzel Bread pudding, with pecan ice cream, brown butter caramel, and roasted pecans.
This German-inspired dinner will be available as part of a $60 dinner menu (excludes tax and gratuity), skillfully prepared by Chef Douglas Braselman. An optional local beer pairing of five 6-ounce pours is also available for $18.
Emeril’s New Orleans is located at 800 Tchoupitoulas Street in New Orleans. The Oktoberfest menu will run for a limited time from October 19 – 31, 2017 during the dinner hours of 6 PM – 10 PM.
